BRAND ELEVATION & COMMUNITY AMPLIFICATION AT THE LOFT
I’ve led a comprehensive elevation of The LOFT’s brand, voice, and digital presence. I oversaw the transition to a new website and upgraded payment infrastructure—including integrated donation processing and Venmo—to streamline giving and improve user experience. I strengthened our visual identity and standardized design across social media, email, sponsorship materials, and impact reporting to ensure brand consistency.
We implemented weekly eblasts to 10,000+ community members and grew social media engagement through more intentional, community-centered storytelling. I also redesigned our sponsorship structure and collateral to support clearer tiering, stronger upselling, and deeper donor relationships. Collectively, these efforts have positioned The LOFT with a more cohesive, professional, and mission-forward brand that amplifies community voices while strengthening fundraising infrastructure and visibility.
OUTSPOKEN MAGAZINE
As Editor-in-Chief of OUTSPOKEN Magazine, I led the creative vision from concept to completion—designing the magazine cover to cover, organizing photoshoots, conducting interviews, and curating powerful community voices. I selected and shaped cover stories with a focus on empowerment, visibility, and celebrating the strength and diversity of the LGBTQ+ community.
SOCIAL MEDIA
I elevated The LOFT’s social media presence by implementing a consistent, inclusive, and affirming content strategy that resonates deeply with our community. Through intentional storytelling, cohesive branding, and mission-driven messaging, we doubled our followers and significantly strengthened engagement, positioning The LOFT as a trusted, visible, and vibrant voice for LGBTQ+ advocacy and connection.
IMPACT CAMPAIGN
I translated the vision for an expanded, permanent space into compelling, mission-driven collateral that articulated need, impact, and long-term sustainability. Through cohesive visual design, clear narrative structure, and emotionally resonant messaging, the materials positioned the new home as both an essential community investment and a bold step forward for LGBTQ+ visibility and belonging.
